Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travely mobile application (the “Service”). The Service is operated by its individual developer (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Travely, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Travely.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish on Travely (travels with their routes, places, photos and videos, and messages). By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce and display it solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are responsible for your content. You must own the rights to everything you publish or have permission to publish it.

3. Prohibited Conduct

When using Travely, you must not publish or send prohibited content — including, but not limited to, content that:

• is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
• harasses, threatens, defames or bullies others;
• promotes hatred or discrimination against any group of people;
• contains nudity, pornography or sexualizes minors in any way;
• depicts or promotes violence or self-harm;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation;
• contains other people’s personal data published without their consent;
• infringes intellectual property rights of others;
• is spam, scam or unsolicited advertising;
• or any other content that violates applicable law, the rights of others or these Terms.

You also must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts;
• distribute malware or interfere with the operation of the Service;
• collect or scrape user data by automated means;
• or otherwise disrupt the Service or violate the rights of its users.

4. Moderation, Reports and Blocking

• You can report content that violates these Terms directly in the app.
• You can block any user; blocked users cannot interact with you.
• We review reports within 24 hours and remove content that violates these Terms.
• We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Travely application, its name, design and features are our property and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use them outside of normal use of the Service.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure (such as cloud hosting and storage providers). Your use of the app distributed via the App Store or Google Play is also subject to the applicable store’s terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or content.

9. Termination and Service Changes

You may stop using Travely and delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. We may also change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any of its features, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Miscellaneous

If your content or your actions in the Service cause third-party claims against us, you agree to reimburse the reasonable costs related to such claims. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

11. Changes to These Terms

As the Service evolves, we may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
